Our programs

Whether you’re 5 or 65, you’ll find a place in one of our programs.  Our programs are designed to support you or your family member in building confidence, learning new skills, and feeling more connected - in your own way and at your own pace.

We offer two types of programs: Social and Therapeutic.

Our Social Programs are all about fun, friendship, and shared experiences. They help you meet new people and enjoy meaningful time together.

Qualified practitioners lead our Therapeutic Programs to support emotional well-being, social development, and life transitions.

Whether you want to connect with others or build essential life skills, there’s something here for every age and every stage.
