Dive into a fun-filled, full-day of art & music during this 'Under the Sea' themed day. This day is designed for all participants and abilities, with additional therapeutic focus for participants on the autism spectrum. Explore a sea of creativity and self-discovery available through mixed-media collage art, calming breathwork, emotional regulation techniques and ocean soundscapes, instruments, and music as individuals uncover the treasures within themselves - and others.

🎨 Art Therapy
The Deep Dive Mixed Media Collage activity involves participants creating a group mural that explores an imaginary underwater theme and the sensory feelings that arise upon discovering a treasure chest anchored to the ocean floor. This activity specifically addresses techniques to help ground and anchor oneself through guided breath work and emotional regulation techniques so participants can experience joy within the present moment.
🎵 Music Therapy
We will create ocean-themed sounds and music to create a calming underwater environment. Participants can play water instruments, including ocean drums, rain sticks, and chimes. We will incorporate deep breathing exercises synchronised with the sounds of waves and gentle melodies to help regulate emotions.
Implement self-grounding techniques, such as being anchored, calming breath work, emotional regulation, and self-discovery through the use of visual symbolic metaphors.

Our ‘Superhero Surprise’ theme invites participants of all abilities, especially those with ADHD, to a full-day school holiday program that includes creating caricature masks and hats of their favourite superheroes. Through dress-up, dramatic play, storytelling, dance, and movement, participants will discover their true selves, enhance self-expression, and improve social interactions. Don’t miss The Monster’s Techno Dance Party and The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, filled with energetic music, role-playing, and fun!

Organise a themed dance party with energetic, fun music tailored to the participants' interests (e.g., superhero soundtracks, techno beats). Encourage participants to express themselves through dance and movement, allowing them to channel their energy in a structured yet liberating way. Provide opportunities for role-playing and vocal expression through singing or using voice modulators.
To encourage participants to discover, open up, find their voice and feel free to act out aspects of their true personality, free from being silenced but still within the comfort of masking through dramatic play.

Join us for an exciting full-day school holiday program, designed especially for participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our 'Safari 3D Construction’ theme will have everyone creating a vibrant safari landscape with sand mounds, Lego outbuildings, roads, cardboard animals, and ranger vehicles. Engaging art and music therapy activities, including a construction sound symphony will enhance sensory integration, fine motor skills, and creativity. Come on a safari adventure with us!

🎨 Art Therapy
Participants are encouraged to come along and create a group 3D Safari Patrol landscape. This activity entails constructing kinetic sand roads and mounds, Lego buildings, 3D cardboard constructed animals and patrol vehicles. Intellectually and emotionally challenged participants are highly encouraged to attend along with their support workers and join the fun of pretend play.
🎵 Music Therapy
Use various instruments and sound-making objects that mimic construction sounds (e.g., tapping, clinking, and scraping). Encourage participants to create rhythms and soundscapes while they engage in their art projects. Integrate music and movement by allowing participants to use their constructed items to produce sounds and rhythms, facilitating a multisensory experience.
Socially engage intellectually / developmentally challenged participants to co-create where the primary focus is on the process of constructing. Enhance sensory integration, fine motor skills, and creativity.

A magical ‘Winter Wonderland' theme day at this full-day program! This day is designed for participants of all ages and abilities. Offering a unique blend of art and music therapy to foster unity and positive social interaction, participants will create stunning 2D and 3D snowflakes, decorate a 'Cave Archway', and enjoy a musical environment with winter-themed songs and instruments. Lots of jingles, twinkles and therapeutic activities to embrace the winter season!
