Working as an Art Therapist at Hessel Group, Nives specialises in mental health, neurodivergence, PTSD, family systems and trauma-informed care. She integrates Cognitive, Narrative, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems therapies amongst others.

Advocate for Patient-Centred Approach

By utilising a patient-centred approach, Neve strives to help her clients experience an enriched sense of purpose, health, and wellbeing. She utilises a wide array of creative modalities such as art, music, drama, writing, mindfulness, and sandplay.

Beyond Work

One of Nives' passions is promoting and advocating for non-profit Animal Rescue and Adoption services including AWL, Adelaide Cat Adoptions and Thailand's Happy Doggo who are actively reducing street dog homelessness.

Nives herself has two beloved rescued cats who are cherished members of her family. In her free time, she enjoys exploring nature on leisurely walks, capturing moments through photography, illustrating children's digital picture books, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Helping participants through using a client centered, strength-based approach means that I am able to effectively use my skills to promote healing, health and wellbeing while self-empowering participants to progressively achieve their goals
