Becoming a Behaviour Support Practitioner was a natural step for Mamta, as she delves deeper into the realm of disability and care services. Mamta is currently exploring the opportunity to further her education by pursuing a Master's degree in Developmental Education with a specific emphasis on trauma-informed practices and care.
