Doinita's career spans across Individual and Family Services, Out-of-Home Care, Emergency accommodation and NDIS. With nearly 20 years of experience, Doinita initially joined Hessel Group as a Positive Behaviour Support Therapist in 2020. Since then, she has transitioned into a more senior role and now takes the role of Intake Officer.
Advocate for Enhanced Care Accessibility
As the Intake Officer, Doinita's primary responsibility is to guide our clients in understanding their NDIS plans, Child Care Subsidy, and the various opportunities available to help them live their best lives and achieve their goals. This ensures that our clients and their families receive the necessary support not only in the present but also for their future needs.
Doinita goes above and beyond to create safe work environments for our support workers, clinicians, and therapists. She regularly arranges catch-up sessions, supervisions, and professional development opportunities to ensure that all our field staff are well-prepared and informed about their clients' history, goals, and needs.
